Where do you ship? At the moment I'm shipping to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
How long will it take? For U.S. orders, please allow 2 days for processing, plus 8-10 days for shipping. For orders to Canada or Mexico, please allow 2 days for processing, plus 10-15 days for shipping. Please also refer to the product page for a specific date window.

Shipping rates, U.S.:
- $5 flat rate for orders up to $20
- $10 flat rate for orders between $20-$75
- Free shipping for orders over $75!

What's your process for returns? Please inspect your order when you receive it, and contact me asap if the item is damaged or you receive the wrong item, so I can make it right!
I offer FREE & EASY returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items should be in new condition and in the original packaging. Please also have your receipt or order number handy.
You can return your item for store credit, to exchange it for a different product, or ask for a refund to your original pay method.
Some exceptions: Please note that personalized items, digital products, and gift cards are final sale, and can’t be returned or exchanged. I can't accept items sent back to me without first requesting a return.
How do I initiate a return, exchange, or refund? ⬇️
- Contact me at anne@bobblefringe.com and let me know which products you’d like to return and how you’d like to be reimbursed.
- Customers who choose to exchange for another bobblefringe product get an extra $5 to spend on bobblefringe.com, as my thanks!
- Look for my next email, where I’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Print the return shipping label and use it to send items back to me. Shipping on returns, using this prepaid label, will be free to you.
- Look for my email confirming I’ve received your return. Once I receive your returned item, please expect my refund to your original payment method within 1-3 business days (it will take a few days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund as well); I’ll also ship any exchanges within 1-3 business days. I’ll issue any store credits immediately on receipt of your returned items.
How do Bobblefringe gift cards work? They are digital only, and come to you by email with a code. Then you can forward that code to your giftee. Gift cards can be used along with a discount, but can't be used to buy another gift card. If you need to check the balance, please ask and I'll be happy to look it up!
